REGISTRATION
How do I register for my free account?
Just click the “sign up now” link on the home page to register for your free basic account.

What do I get with a free basic account?
Upload your own photos to Gladys’ Scrapbook, say “hi” to Gladys, write your own blogs in Gladys' Town Hall, comment on news and blogs and invite your friends to the site.

I never got a confirmation after registering?
Please check your Spam box – or the email may have gone there, or you may have entered the wrong email address – please contact Customer Service, by clicking the Comments link at the bottom of any page on this site.

I registered but cannot access the site. It keeps saying Access Denied?
Please make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered for the Club.
If you still have trouble logging in, please log out of the site, clear out the old cookies and cache on your computer and then log-in again to clear this problem.

  1. Log out of site.
  2. Clear out your cookie and cache.
  3. Log in again

This should clear the problem.

HOW DO I USE MY FREE BASIC ACCOUNT
How do I edit my account settings personal information?

  1. Log in or register
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click Edit tab
  4. Choose account settings or personal tab
  5. Edit your info, upload your personal picture and add in your signature

How do I upload my photos to Gladys' Scrapbook?

  1. Log in or register
  2. Go to Gladys' Scrapbook
  3. Click "Upload Fan Photo" (under your name on the right side of the page).
  4. Give the image a Title, browse your computer for your photo and submit! Your photo will appear on the Gladys Scrapbook page after approval (this may take 24 hours or more). You are so rad!!

How do I Say "Hi" to Gladys?

  1. Login or register
  2. Go to Say Hi To Gladys
  3. Add your message and click "Send private message" button.

How do I write my own blog in "Gladys Town Hall"?

  1. Log in or register
  2. Click on My Blog
  3. Click on Post New Blog Entry
  4. Submit your blog entry

*Your blog will be displayed in Gladys Town Hall

How do I comment on news & blogs?

  1. Login or register
  2. Click on add new comment in Gladys' Gossip or Click on add new comment in Gladys Town Hall blogs.

How do I add other users to my buddy list?

  1. Login or register
  2. Click on the name or picture of the user you want to add to your buddy list. Thsi will take you to their user profile.
  3. Click on "Add username to my buddy list.
  4. Click the "Add" button.

How do I send private messages to other users?
There are two ways to send a private message.
First way:

  1. Login or register
  2. Click on the name or user picture of the person you want to private message. This will take you to their user profile.
  3. Click the "Write private message" link at the bottom of the user profile to send them a message.
  4. Type a Subject and Message.
  5. Preview and/or the send.

Second way:

  1. Login or register
  2. Click "Private messaging" in your user navigation bar.
  3. Click "Write a new message" button.
  4. Type in the username of the person you want to send a private message to.
  5. Type a Subject and Message.
  6. Preview and/or send.

How do I invite my friend(s) to GladysHardy.com?

  1. Login or register
  2. Click on Invite Your Friends
  3. Type in your friend(s) email and optional message then click Submit

How do I shut off the audio player on the site?
Click on the pause (||) button on the media player.

What are the minimum system requirements to fully enjoy the site?

Please note the following minimum system requirements:

Operating System: Windows Vista, XP Mac OS 10.4 and above

Browser: Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher which can be downloaded for free here,
or Safari 2.0 or higher, which can be downloaded here,
or Firefox 2, which can be downloaded here.

Media Player: Flash 9 player can be downloaded here.

What if I lost my password?
Contact us by clicking here (or click the Comments link at the bottom of any page of this site), and request to have your password re-set.
You will get an E-mail with a new one-time-use password. Click on the link in that email and you will land on your profile page – enter a new password in the fields there and you’re done!

Why hasn’t my store order arrived yet?
The efficiency of the warehouse and the postal service both contribute to how quickly your package reaches you. If you have not received your package within 6-8 weeks from the date you received your membership confirmation email, then please send an e-mail to Customer Support, by clicking the Comments link at the bottom of any page of the site.
